I would love to give minus star, but unfortunately there is no option. 30k bill for two days for doing absolutely nothing. Highly inflated charges. Took me around 5 hrs to get a discharge. I would not recommend this hospital.
No doubt about doctors and their treatment.. if you are looking for knee replacement surgery, would suggest to go blindly with Dr. Vaidya. He is the best one in Pune. But management is worst than worst. You need to call 4-5 days frequently for the appointment / follow up where nobody cares to receive the call on time. And after tired trying so namy calls, result end up with no slot available for appointment or doctor is not available. Patient and relatives suffer a lot due to this careless management Request to improve management, if they really care for patients.
Hi all My father was here for his knee replacement surgery. As many other reviews here the hospital staff is good, humble and supportive. However before jumping into any decision kindly consider following points 1. The promise they make with respect to support and coordination related to communication during the entire process is totally fake. Swapnali tambe was one of such PR who promised many things during promotion, but once admitted to the hospital did not even turn up once. 2. Before agreeing to getting admitted please reassure about all your test reports and possibilities especially with respect to complex cases since once admitted they usually bring in surprises in later time and take you on a ride with different diagnosis and treatments. Kindly beware of such circumstances. 3. Physiotherapist are lazy and avoid their job whenever possible. They also bring in certain device to help patient to ease the pain during exercise. Never go for it. It's total waste of money 4. Sundays the hospital will be run by interns, even the patient is lying critical in ICU. No expertise will turn up nor they will have any clear communication or next course of action will be communicated to patients relatives. This ignorance by their end was mentally torturous to us. 5. The canteen is the most unhygienic place which is built in the basement. No facility for the relatives of the patients coming from outstation. Lastly please please don't trust PRs and their fake promises. Always have your own support system. Best luck all..
My grandmothers knee replacement surgery was performed by Dr. Narendra Vaidya and she is highly satisfied and grateful with the treatment provided. Thank you Mr. Prasad Dole and Mr. Sachin Pawar for helping out during the counselling and admission procedure. Lastly many thanks to the hospital staff for the prompt response and service.

They all creat magic 🪄 here ,it was an experience to watch with nacked eyes to see my mom waking on her feet 🐾 all with the same confidence which was suppressed from last few years.
