I would give you a zero rating if I could. You won't find records under my name or number because it was my husband who was admitted to your hospital (though I hate to call that place a hospital). I honestly do not have any major complaints against the staff or nurses. They were all doing their duty. They were neither rude nor pleasant. However, there's this person who calls himself the chief doctor at this hospital. I have not heard one positive word from his mouth both times my husband was admitted here. The way I have seen the medical profession work, even if a patient is dying, the doctor says I will do my best and do not worry. This so-called doctor told me on my face that my husband will not survive. Not just that, he told the patient himself that his chance of survival is low. I do not understand how this person is fit to be a doctor. Note - I shifted my husband to a different hospital that very night. That hospital gave me the actual picture about his condition. He was in no great danger. He recovered fully and was discharged in the next 2 days.
Very good hospital. Homely feeling... Dedicated doctors and staff nurses... I am really happy with all services... All Staffs are very dedicated from the entrance to inside... Each and every person is doing der job perfectly... Keep it up❤️❤️❤️
Hospital is clean and well maintained. I have consulted Dr. Esha Roy for Typhoid treatment. Dr Esha is very cool and friendly with great expertise. I have admitted for 3 days and her support during this time is extraordinary. I truly appreciate nursing staff for their continuous monitoring and front desk helping with insurance process.
The hospital is clean, maintained with covid protocol. Dr. Vijay Bhaskar, is well known our family doctor from past 10 years . His assessment and Diagnosis are accurate and very easy to understand to layman. My family, my friends and I have been treated by him. I always appreciate his compassion , generosity and knowledge... also wish him to consult Dr. Vijay.
Plastic Surgeon Doctor Jithendran was super efficient and very friendly and reassuring throughout the process from diagnosis all the way to the surgery. The hospital process was very hassle free and customer friendly. We didn't have any issues at all for the one night of admission. Junior doctors were also helpful. Nurse staff's experience could be much better.
