The best team of doctors I have ever seen and they are there to help the patients without any hesitation for 24 hours. Good Hospital for Maternity related complications and treatments. Knowledgeable doctors who provides the right guidance to patients. Need to improve on more accurate Billing Desk procedures & Housekeeping procedures. Waiting time for SCAN is slightly on higher side. Rest is all is good so far with this Hospital.
In this pandemic situation doctors and staff of cloud nine hospital is doing best job and taking care nicely. Environment of cloud nine hospital is very good. Behavior of Dr.s and staffs are just excellent. They just make you comfortable and build trust in you whatever disease you have.
The doctors are friendly, logical, explain most of the things in detail. Visited consistently over last ten months - everything went fine. Hygiene and tests were all taken care of really well! Nurses at cloud nine deserve special call out. Very friendly with people and newborns, they were very prompt, caring and made parents very comfortable. On thing to improve: Educate the parents about the costs in advance. I wasn't expecting ~50k out of pocket expenses on the last day (in addition to 75k insurance amount). While all the line items were justified- someone taking out 5 mins to explain (instead of making us sign on 10s of pages on last day would have been better). /* Hence 4 stars and not 5 */ So make sure you ask them this question if they don't explain proactively.
