One of the good eye care hospital in calicut with experienced doctors. Would have given 5 stars if there were more staffs to take care of patients n reduce waiting time to see doctor
Highly unprofessional staff and poor management. I had to wait more than 2.5 hrs for the processes on the first checkup. For the second check up, the experience was much worst.Since I was suffering from viral fever. I was not able to go for the second checkup in the next week ..But we visited the hospital on the 12thday. Then the reception staff told us to pay another 150 rupees and take a new slip. Even though we had told about our situation they told us to say it directly to the manager .so me and my mother had to use stairs to reach the second floor cabin where manager is sitting. Then we told all these issues again to the manager and there was no use. He told us according to their policy only 10 days is applicable. In this present pandemic situation where every other sectors are giving consideration to their consumers, here even though they are working in health sector not even ready to give one or 2 days concession in their policy. We regret the decision of ours to opt puthalath eye foundation for our eye care. We will never suggest that hospital to anyone.
Good opthalmic hospital. Good service, low consultant fee. Staff's are good. Good collection in opticals.
Very bad experience, unprofessional staff and irresponsible management . For one consultancy your 5 hours gone. They don't consider patients time 😡
Respected Sir, I have no experience, but my Sister Anitha. K (Malabar institte of optometry )have applied internships your Hospital. Covid issues our area completely lock down 10days.Last day some electrical problems happened there. 3 Days powecut no workers there. Your mail checking not possible for these days.After Resolving the problems today.We check the mail this day interview tommorow. But not update Cv.Students are facings this problems for covid time period. She is already listed on internship in our hospital.I requested that Puthalath eye hospital not regret the student.Give a Chance to him.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
