Plenty of room for improvement.!!! 1) Need punctual doctors for consultation. We had to wait more than an hour from the supposed consultation start time for the doctor to arrive even after booking an appointment which was a complete joke to begin with. 2) Mismanaged turns for Tests where it almost seems like a lottery system for your turn to come, creating extremely long waiting time. Be prepared to waste 2 days here day 1 for taking the tests and the next for getting the results.. @hospital while ur at it may be you could start a paid lounge too due to the extremely long wait times. THE LAST AND FINAL TIME AM GONNA GO THERE FOR TESTING ANYTHING!!!. Pros: Not that expensive compared to other private hospitals. Easy to reach as its closer to the highway. Doctors were knowledgeable. The only reason for giving a star else this place deserves none.
Nice hospital with decent staffs. The treatment is not so costly unlike other private hospitals.
Big thanks to Dr. John Mathew sir .. He was easily approachable and polite to the patients always.. My mom was admitted for Laproscopic surgery.. We were in that hospital for around 5 days.. We feel like it was our HOME.. All the staffs are so friendly and caring.. Follow up of the patients also done properly.. Rooms are very clean and spacious.. They clean the hospital rooms 3 times a day.. Comparatively Night duty staffs are so patient in treating patients..
