My brother and I tested Covid positive around 10 days back. We were immediately admitted to the civil hospital as we traveled from another country. We appreciate the immediate measures taken by the hospital authorities to keep us, our family and community safe. We were completely isolated in the covid ward. We were scared at first about the conditions of civil hospital we had heard all our lives. However, our experience there was surprisingly amazing. Doctors and staff were extremely caring and understanding. They called us more than once every day to know about our condition, and provided medicines on time. They attended our calls and answered questions during time off as well. Living conditions were good as compared to what we had imagined. We stayed in big sunlit rooms with nice usable bathrooms. Though we were isolated, we enjoyed our stay. Most importantly, doctors and staff made sure that our family does not come in direct contact with us, which kept our family safe. They tried to help us and provide services in whatever way they could, going above and beyond. Our overall experience there was impeccable and far better than the private hospital. Thank you.
Civil Hospital Panipat is a model and modern hospital. It's new building is acceptable by the latest design and infrastructure. Fully furnished and updated with basic and advanced facilities. Adequate design for natural sunlight and ventilation of the air.

Staff behaviour was very poor & bad Today I went to civil hospital near bus stand for covid vaccination second dose we're standing it the queue outside of room no 104, when security staff came out and asked for those who were second dose of vaccine then I went inside and later on the same person started to asking me why are standing here who let you come inside start pushing me outside forcibly and started arguing with me in a rude manner. Please take some necessary action against that staff
