I had to get my mother admitted in the hospital in an emergency condition. I appreciate the team of doctors and nurses there in the hospital. Qualified experienced and dedicated team. They are excellent team and the facilities are very good. I would have given a five star rating except for the fact that the contact person (a male) , maybe the PRO. He was very rude on phone. When the relatives of the patients call in a panic situation, we expect some kind of Courteousness. He is the first voice of the hospital. Just because of him the reputation of the hospital shouldn't go. The facilities and expert team of doctors and nurses was a solace. Teach him some politeness or let him not take phone. If taking phone explain everything in detail

The Doctors here are very good , To name a few Dr.Manu Dr sailal, were so so helpful treated us like a family member Dr.libby neurologist is also very good is on maternity leave for now Dr.Thomas Mathew cardio But the hospital is very old Lacks new amenities runs on age old equipments They dont have sufficient ventilators There is no MRI facility , CT machine is quite old How come hospital this big doesn't hav MRI and sufficient ventilators Needs major update revamp Don't know if that would happen Hope hospital management is listening
Irresponsible treatment and very costly . So you may go another hospitals that's good for ur life
Irresponsible staff . Everyone at this hospital including the security will yell at you . Went there for a covid test and returned back without one . This hospital always had a bad reputation and never recommended.
