Extremely rude behaviour of the staff. Doctor did not arrive even an hour after the scheduled appointment. Staff asked us to call and confirm if the doctor has arrived before going to the clinic, but when after an hour he was still not available, they started shouting that we should apparently have our own sense as to when the doctor might arrive. Not sure if they assume patients are clairvoyant.
Different doctors attend here in Noapara.
Worst service. Very bad. They never pick up the call. Way too unprofessional. Biggest mistake. They must know that people come here for the doctors not for the stupid staff who are so inhospitable and don't know how to talk to patients and their family. My whole comes here for checkup. But never coming here again.
