Greetings!! In my opinion, Physicians should be empathetic, good listeners and personable. I found Dr.Raghunath to be very patient in addressing my concerns and treating me with the right medications and most importantly, he takes the time to listen and doesn’t rush the visit, which makes a great difference to me. Good responsible staffs.So caring. Just to address a concern that while admitting I signed a form which contains the point the management or Doctors are not responsible for any impact after of blood transfer. We are having the trust and believe on doctors and the management. That's why we are selecting this hospital. While admission itself we are seeing this kind of points will degrade our trust and belief over the management. Kindly look into this point. For restrooms there is no handles to open. Somehow it might be difficult for aged people. Other than these thanks for your caring and keeping such a responsive staffs.

My father had an emergency... I brought him to the casualty .The whole team In casualty were so active . I really wanted to thank the team....My dad recovered so quickly from that unexpected situation.... Because of the team and by god's grace my dad is back to us.Thank you everyone for the wonderful and blessed work...
My mother got admitted in this hospital for emergency. The hospital is neat and clean. They are frequently cleaning the rooms with fixed intervals. There are more visual displays for safety and 5S. Could see motivating staffs by displaying best 5S team/persons. Really good to see this type of intiatives being initiated in hospitals. Normally this type of visual management is being followed in manufacturing industries. The staffs are really polite and caring. Good team they have. Only thing is they need to keep this hospitality and maintenance on a long run.
