Probably the best school at Raiganj, West Bengal. The school has excellent infrastructure for a good education. Mainly the school is for residential students but some of the day boarding students are also allowed to pursue their study here. For such day boarder (Students), the school has sufficient bus services. But the school is more focused on the residential students. Obviously they have seperate hostels for boys and girls, and a common room for lunch and dinners. But the main issue is with the teachers. The teachers are in pathetic situations. Unmarried teachers have to stay with students (has to share room with 4-5 other students) and has to play the role of warden. There is no privacy for the teachers. If you are a married teacher in that case you might get a teacher's quarter by paying extra ₹3000/- per month. Now coming to the salary of teachers wich is pathetic at current days. They are offering around 20K within which, you have to pay 10K for consecutively 3-4 months as the security money. At any circumstance you can't demand an experience certificate before 3 years. That's why they are not getting highly qualified teachers. Hopefully they will managed some good teachers for the students. Oh..!! One more thing I should include here is about the tutorials. Teachers have to give free tutions to the students during the evening time even after taking classes for around 8hrs. And teachers will not get any thing even after giving such efforts. The salary is still ₹10000/- (After the deduction of security money).
