We had our baby delivered in Santokh hospital. The whole process, from admission to discharge from the hospital was very convenient. The doctors and the nurses were very helpful, they took good care of the baby and the mother. All the medications and round the clock support was provided to the baby and the mother in a timely manner. The cleaning staff also did a great job to keep everything neat. Overall we are fully satisfied with the service.

After a week of stay and "recovery" for my elder family member for an ailment, we were unable to get a clear answer on exactly what was being treated but we took it in stride and paid quite a bit assuming we were in good hands. We changed doctors after this and our new gastroenterologist (who is taking much better care and is clearer in what's going on) is himself unable to understand what treatment the hospital was trying to do the whole week for a procedure that would only take two days. So they were just milking patients for money??!! I really hope someone has the energy and time to sue this hospital to obilvion.

I just visited there a day bfr yesterday at opd . The hsptl is very neat wd tidy rooms nd healthy food in canteen. The doctors nd staff were very cooperative (speacially SISTER NATASHA).
