That is not big but small government hospital good for minor aliments , lack of facilities but appreciate to Covid 19 vaccine available here helping so people. thank you.
I got covid19 vaccine first dose on 12 March 2021 , but did not receive SMS about vaccination . They do not care about provisional certificate of first dose . On Cowin.gov.in , it shows I need to schedule appointment for first dose. I need SMS or provisional certificate of first dose given to me. To whom I should complain ? This facility is very dirty , I had to use toilet but it was very dirty beyond your imagination . I should have taken photo & posted here. They say it is health center .
