Firstly, i came here to routine checkup of my parents by someone advice. My experience was here is too good. Supporting stuff good atmosphere of hospital & specially Dr. Manoj Gupta very experience doctor as well as very humble personality. I recommend to please come here.
Dr Manoj Gupta is like an Angel To me I could not walk at all now I can walk with his treatment. May God always keep them happy.
Say no to Dr. Manoj. He just knows how to trouble you and the patient. The doctor doesn't want to listen to the patient. Seems like most of the reviews are purchased and fake. He worsened the health status of my mother. When we called him in emergency and demanded help on the call. He advised to visit him. Unfortunately, the patient wasn't able to visit. He didn't help on call. This is what the doctors do nowadays. If u don't want to trouble yourself and your belongings, don't visit money minded doctors who can take someone's life at stake.
This hospital is shifted to sector 21 Panchkula. Name changed to Profile hospital. They are charging ₹250/- per vaccination dose and not giving any slip too. This is not acceptable. How is govt allowing this. This generates black money.
No professionalism. The whole staff is too rude. All the time, nurses continue to shout. Receptionist has no sense to talk. She just continues to call from where ever they can get money. Doctor doesn't want a person to know what the report says. He didn't want to solve the queries. A person who was suffering from a lot of health issues, he prescribed her strong medicines which affected her health a lot. When I asked about a thing twice, he suggested me not to go through the reports and the words were" ek to ap log report pad kar mat aaya karo". Is this what a doctor should suggest? Even if that's an emergency, they will charge 600 for that Normal appointment costs 400. This clearly displays the thought process.
