Good atmosphere.. Doctors are good and caring...They explain the real problem and do the treatment. Staffs take care of the patients and give guidance.. All the scan and blood test facilities are inside at one campus.

Very bad experience with Rao hospital I lost my son at birth from this hospital due to negligence from the doctors, its been 3 years now and still regret my choice to select Rao hospital. The hospital had no valid reason on how the child died at birth and asked me to pay an advance payment to know the reason by sending samples to Mumbai. I objected to this as they are responsible and it is their duty to let me know where it went wrong. Even at this point where me and my family were grieving at our loss they cared more about about money and zero service. As i had lot of visitors due to the unfortunate incident the room next me was opened by the floor staff to accommodate them, even they did not spare this opportunity to milk money from us and charged at the time of billing, it was deducted later after my strong objection. Will never recommend this hospital..
Professional and always helpful. Many thanks for all your care and help I have received from everybody. We are so lucky to have a good service, with helpful receptionists and the doctors make you feel like a person, not a number.
Very caring doctors and staff. Hospitality at its best. Friendly atmosphere in hospital makes us feel that we are at home. 🙂🙂
