Shortly called as RAPMC, it is a government ayurvedic medical college. BAMS, MD/MS(Ayu), courses are taught here. M.A.Podar Hospital is attached to it, which has Medicine, Surgery, Gynaecology, ENT, Panchkarma, Pathology, Rasshastra, Dravyagun(Pharmacology), Swasthavrutta(PSM), Emergency OPD and departments, It also has a DOTS centre for TB., it has 250 bedded Indoor department. And Special Panchkarma centre. There is also CCRAS research wing in the same campus. Free weekly ayurvedic medicines are given after providing prescription from all these departments of the hospital.
R. A. Podar is an Ayurvedic Medical College. It is attached to M. A. Podar Medical College. The college imparts education in Ayurveda medicines and the Hospital treats patients through Ayurvedic Medicine Qualified Doctors.
