I had just the worst experience here. I was there because of a wound in my leg. Even after 4 days they were cleaning dirt from my wound which should've happened on the first day which really affected my healing. One doctor was good but the head surgeon just prescribed some tests and told me that they had to perform a surgery so that I should get a room there which wasn't necessary at all. Basically they were after money. The nurses are the worst. They do not know anything. One nurse was wiping her sweat with the gloves and then continued with my dressing. Pathetic hospital. Then i decided to move to Aster hospital which was just the opposite. The surgeon was great, cleaned up my wound in minutes for which the Grace hospital had suggested a room and overnight stay. The nurses were great, they knew what they were doing.
Had done a tendoachillis surgery by Dr.Marvin Alberto on 22nd june.i would highly suggest d doctor to study d patient case carefully before operation n later not to give excuses.doctor and hospital fees are very high.doctor doesn't even maitain patient file.
Grateful to Dr. Piedade Clement, Dr. Venkatesh Molio, Dr. Gurunath, all the staff of Grace Cardiac from reception to nursing (wards, ICU),accounts and support staff for looking after my mother Francisquinha Fernandes who passed away today on New Years Day, peacefully surrounded with compassion and care not only for her but also for my father who was by her side.It is heartening and reassuring to know that there still exists a place of recovery and care in Goa, where people at their most vulnerable are able to experience the best of humanity and can rest in peace.Thank you all from my heart. God bless you to carry on His good work on earth.
if you want to die and become bankrupt then only go here. otherwise dont go here run far far away these hospital will scam you 100 percent even if something is not wrong with you they will say something is wrong and make you admit in this hospital this is the worst hospital in the entire world
Badly designed entrance, not suited for anyone with mobility issues. Ramp is very steep., stairs slanting backwards so likely to fall backwards down the stairs. Dirty curtains hanging everywhere, rusty trolleys, dirty fans definitely an infection control risk. Pharmacy has no space for storage and is crowded. Social distancing is not possible here. Blood reports sent as photographs on whatsapp. The ambulance could do with a good wash down on the inside. However, the saving is all staff are kind and do the best to help.
