Very unprofessional staff. Specially receptionist, they shown themselves like high busy person and talk rudely. Even if any person said something then they are ready to argument. It seems that these ladies required proper training and most of them are not experienced. Today I called for an appointment. One lady picked up the call and she was not ready to answer my questions. In the middle of discussion she disconnected the call. Highly unprofessional.
I had my delivery in this hospital last month. The facility is decent, the rooms are clean, nurses/ doctors are helpful and cooperative. But one thing that needs serious improvement is the nursery staff. The nursery seems to be understaffed, hence the sisters are not able to provide adequate support to new mothers, which is very essential at that point. The services are unfortunately nowhere close to the Park Streer one. Hope the administration works towards improving the nursery staff - both in terms of manpower strength and training quality.
We have booked for single occupancy room. I delivered my princess over here. My husband stayed with me. We had wonderful experience during our stay. The behaviour of the doctors, nurses & even the housekeeping staff were very polite and humble. I will definitely recommend this nursing home to any of my closed ones.
Completely satisfied with the facilities and the care that is provided to the patient and the baby. Good staff and very helpful and supportive nurses. Management is all ears to your suggestions and do work to improve your experience
I am really pleased with their service. Each and every staff is so humble and behavior is much commendable. I could have given 5 star rating, but I am giving 4 star only because of some lag of internal coordination among several departments and the processes can be more faster. Otherwise everything is so good at this hospital. I must recommend this hospital as one of the top class woman and child care hospital in Kolkata.
