There is no respect for patient time. There is no transparency with respect to your current status in terms of waiting list. I got appointment for 12:25 PM and doctor didn’t meet till 4:00 pm. What kind of time management is it? There is no predictability. It’s not even clear where the number which you have got is being followed by staff to get to meet doctor. There is no problem with seeing at 4:00 but there should be clarity with respect to that. If doctor can’t see till 4:00 then please communicate the same to patient so that complete day is not wasted of someone. Extremely careless attitude.
This is very Good eye hospital in Gorakhpur ,my suggestion is all eye patient plz visite this Hospital
The doctors are good but Staff don't know how to behave to a patient who come from different city. Some Staff are manner less ,illiterates and irresponsible. They don't know to pay respect .Dr. Anil srivastava please guide them in right way.
Hospital Is Too Good but The Staff Behavior Is Very rude. Every one sitting on chair might think himself/herself as a doctor. They don't have any respect for their patients. Even no punctuality of time is there for doctors.
