Doctor is good but not satisfied with some staff and nurses No special room available no twin sharing available no cashless for ifco tokio health insurance,expected more better service from such a reputed hospital
Got vaccinated today at criticare hospital. No side effects. Very nice service. Very clean
I went here for covid 19 vaccines Dose1 for my mom. Vaccines are open for both online and offline bookings. But, we booked online for a smooth process. So, as expected process was smooth. It's a paid one. 780 rupees are the vaccine charges here. On the ground floor, they made us wait for our turn. On the 2nd floor, they are vaccinating people. They ask proper health questions and do their routine checkups before vaccinating. Post vaccine they issued us a hard copy of the vaccine certificate(print out). They have separate & spacious waiting rooms for relaxing after vaccine. Hygiene is ok. But the process is very tiring for offline (direct walk-in). They make you come and go 2-3 times. So, online booking is suggested for a hassle-free process.
Dr. Prakash sir very good doctor as well as person to treat a patient like a family staff very corporative.
