This place is truly amazing a very happy and vastu perfect place. The nursing care and the general care is very sincere people I suppose it's the training and insistent of being friendly. The food provided is truly homely. I am very happy its value for money and your near and dear are taken care properly. Please keep it like this always .
Porvoo is the finest center I have ever been. I got my mother admitted there, the doctors, nursing staff and the associated members treated her very well. It was home to be there. Thank you so much giving a wonderful support and assistance.
Never admit your family member as they have highly unprofessional staff. Also, Beware of the prices of medicines which are sourced from their in-house pharmacy. The prices are minimum X3 times what you will find in the market. The staff is careless and need to be taught how to treat patient. They will fight amongst themselves in front of the patient and not care about maintain peace. The have maintained cleanliness and only promise of high standards and understanding. We felt trapped once the patient was admitted and they showed their true Colors. It was my helpless situation that had to use their service due to lack of options, else would have left immediately. And the transition centre made sure that they took full advantage of our helplessness.
It is the best place for post treatment. They follow proper hygiene and the staff there is friendly and very caring. They treat every patient very politely. Thankyou so much for giving the best services.
The place is very soothing. Staff is very welcoming. A very unique experience. Haven’t heard this concept of transition care ever before in India. Very well trained team.
