We got our vaccination done from Genesis Hospital. Everything was so properly managed. Good staff and clean hospital. Thank you so much Genesis.
Overall the service was good. The taste of food was also proper.. Nurses, doctors, surgeon were good and well experienced. But the reason I gave 3 star is all because of their health insurance system.. Its worst. We had to wait from 2 pm - 6pm for the health insurance. Their service and procedure for health insurance was very very bad. Overall my room was proper. And that's all about it
Good place for treatment. They provide good treatment. While you are admitted in the hospital, no outside stuff is allowed inside except packaged fruit juices (only if the doctors allows). They even provide a welcome kit consisting of toiletries. The Nurses, the support staff and the security personnel were courteous with smile on their faces. Our overall experience was a pleasant one for their smiling faces.
I have taken my covaxin first dose today. The staffs are really cooperative and well behaved. And they are maintaining the situation properly. I am impressed ❤❤❤
