Good management on vaccination process, all my family has taken the dose at Apollo hospital Jubilee hills. The staff has been well cooperative even with huge rush of patients. Social distancing is well managed. Parking is Little issue as too many vehicles and with ample space, still it's challenging. But far better than other centers
Best hospital in the city. Have got advanced medication and well experienced doctors to save the lives. It is a well known brand as well having multiple branches over the country. Patients are treated in a good manner. Reputed hospital for complicated surgeries and the success rate is also good (depends on the will power of patient as well). Although expensive, it has saved many lives with best treatment and surgeries.
Visiting this hospital for the past 15 years. Doctors & treatment in this hospital is the best in city. Nursing staff are also good. But front line staff and their behaviour irritates. I feel general hospital management is poor. Experienced nightmare in Getting a Room ,even a single deluxe category room, after surgery. No transparency in room allotment . No( senior )manager will be seen nearby to help us. If this aspect is addressed, it will improve the quality of service.
The hospital staffs are well mannered and treats you in a humble way! I have come here for Liver transplant of my father hope it goes well and fine! Its my day3 in this hospital and I don't have any complaints till date!
