They do not give prior appointments on phone. One has to come there to take appointment and then wait for 40-60 min for their number. I suggest to samadhan diagnostics to kindly provide appointments on phone so the time of the patient is not wasted. Everyone is busy these days and one has to go to work. Please change the traditional way of taking appointments and do something about it to make the experience better for patients.
Your staff is don't know how to behave and how to talk they behaving like a uneducated staff. Facilities is also not good it's very hot there and the cleaning is so bad. Me suggest karungi ki koi mat ana yahaa..
A great Disappointment, NOT with the Doctor BUT with staff.. Specially the receptionist of Kilkali.. I visited Samadhan today regarding my Wife's checkup and I can't explain in words how I felt insulted because of that lady sitting on the reception. I understand that Samadhan and Kilkari both are different entity running under same roof and Kilkalri's staff is less aware about Samadhan's process but at the end of the day We are Patient (Customer), and this is our hard earned money we are speding for are wellness and no body had right to Assist in that way with Customer who is actually a God to any Business..
I wish we had an option of not giving any star to this diagnostic center. The doctor is extremely rude and ill mannered. Doesn't know how to talk to a patient who is already in pain. I had to create a scene to get my fee back as she misbehaved with me while I was on the table for check up only because I did not have enough water before getting USG done. We have very few female radiologists here in gwalior and I would rather go visit a male doctor then visiting this one. Not just me, my sister, aunt and a couple of friends had similar experience.
Don't go by the ratings. Mostly are fake. Greedy Doctor who just wants to earn money and is not empathetic at all to patients. He will recommend all sorts of tests, external recommendation of other specialists. High consultation charges too. Simply waste of time and money. Please consult some other child doctor.
