The hospital looks hygienic and well maintained in terms of neatness during this pandemic..(inside and outside)
One of the best hospitals, I have visited,neatness, food service and hygiene is well maintained in this pandemic too....
I had been there 2 days ago. I took the basic cardiology package. The hospital is excellent and the facilities are top notch. The lab people are knowledgeable and the process went very smoothly. I got all my tests done the very day and had a doctor consultation the next day. The Cardiologist was patient and heard my issues properly. I was diagnosed as having mild inflammation and he gave the medication and prescribed me to use it for 5 days. This is the second day that I have started using the medicine (tablets) and my chest pain is gone. I am very happy about SLG hospital.
Cost is bit high, but treatment is good. Note to the administration deportment: You need to improve the working style of insurance and account deportments. My daughter got admitted into hospital 15 days back, she has undergone for surgery. During admission we have paid some amount as an advance before we get approval from insurance company. We got approval and discharged from hospital next day. But the refund amount that we supposed to get from hospital is still we yet to receive. I have been following them over phone. There won't be proper reply from these guys.
Staff is not good and don't know the process, seems learning on fly. Doctors are good but not sure most of the time hospital is empty.
