Staff is very rude and ignorant. I visited with my father . The doctor asked for several tests to be done and straight away charged us Rs. 4000.Then one of the staff asked to drink 3 litres of water. Somehow my father managed to drink that water. He was then taken to Uroflowmetry test. To our surprise we were told that we need to take the test again as the machine was not working properly.My father (77 years old) was asked to drink 3 litres of water again.He started Vomiting in between.The staff is so ignorant that they asked us to get Uroflowmetry before doing ultrasound. I took my father away as his condition was worsening after drinking so much water empty stomach. I think the doctor is still ok but he is looking after the entire hospital himself and the staff are doing whatever they want.DON'T visit if you seriously want a good treatment.
useless doctor worst nursing and he is a fraud doctor . neither he take care of patience nor he take care of covid rules and regulations. he is checking every patience without mask and causing life threating intimidation to every patient. he travels outside the city also and still not take proper care of covid complications and the staff is the worst staff of this hospital. whenever u will go he will tell u that ur patience is critical condition and create an intimidation that ur patient will not survive. no proper care of sanitization. will suggest not to recommend him if u dont want life threating intimidation of your loved ones. photo is attached where on reception receptionist is without mask.

Very unprofessional Doctor and careless staff.. Please Please do no go to this hospital... Even staff in ICU had no knowledge.. very arrogant and rude behavior of Naval Khurana and Deepali Khurana.. Any patient id admitted here , only GOD will help them, not this doctor couple.... PLEASE DO NOT VISIT TO THIS HOSPITAL NOT ONCE...... AND DO NOT THINK TO ADMIT , NOT IN CASE IF THIS IS LAST HOSPITAL LEFT IN JHANSI..
Worst doctor I have see in my life and he is fraud and very rude I suggest no one to visit in his clinic . He is money fraud doctor .
