The services were really nice. I would highly recommend the hospital. The staff is available 24/7 and that is commendable. Everyone from Doctor (Dr. Arvinda) to Staff nurses to management (Ms. Ina) all were supportive and made sure our comfortable stay in the hospital.
Got admitted the second time for some procedure for my son and there was a huge change seen in discharge process. From 5 hours to just 1 hour, what a dramatic turn of process. Proper follow-up was given to us about the status of our discharge process by billing executive, floor executive and nurses. Kudos to the team.
Had a very good delivery experience. Room is very neat and maintenance and other facilities are good as well. Very kind and helpful staff!!!
Dr Diana mam is really helpful and supportive from the beginning of my pregnancy till the child birth , mam has guided me throughout and ensured I have a stress-free journey.. she understood my concerns and gave solutions for my small query also with patience..thanks a lot for the wonderful support and guidance mam....I highly recommend rainbow hospitals and specially Diana mam...
