Amazing DOCTOR VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE but poor communication and bad behaviour. Extremely RUDE. STAFF is also RUDE and have poor behaviour. No one talks straight mouth. Extremely GREEDY. They want money first then they will listen to u. Once u get discharge from here. They just simply ignore u. U want to ask, they act rudely. Again GREAT HOSPITAL but poor staff
My father had abdomen pain and vomiting. I consulted with a general physician. He had suggested to do a sonography test then I have taken appointment of Dr. Gupta by 11 am next day. As per test requirements for abdomen sonography 8-12 hours fasting is must. We reached on time but Dr. arrived 1 hour late from the given time. Meanwhile due to weakness after pain, vomiting, fasting for test and long waiting in the hospital my father collapsed in front of OPD. As an action Dr Gupta has admitted him in ICU ward and initiated all required tests and umbrella treatment. At 4 pm when all tests has been done I asked Dr. Gupta what is his findings, why he has not done sonography, what is the root cause of pain, he said that patient is Covid positive and pain is due to Covid only then he started Covid Medicines, but surprisingly he kept him on same bed within same ward. Whereas as per Covid norms patient should be isolated immediately. Also none of their staff was using appropriate PPE Kit. At 9 pm when all pathology reports arrived I again met to Dr. Gupta to discuss many queries raised in our mind seeing after seeing their medication pattern, our queries are: 1) What are the finding from the blood reports? 2) As they declared patient covid +ve, why they are not following appropriate covid norms? 3) Why patient is not isolated and kept in same ward after covid report comes positive. 4) Why Covid +ve and Covid –ve patients are treating together? 5) Are they authorized covid care center, do they have sufficient facility to handle covid conditions and if they don’t have above why they didn’t refer patient to any covid care center. After listening above queries, he lost his temper and replied that I am not supposed to tell you anything and if you have so many queries you discharge your patient I can’t treat him and try to create a fear in our mind that your patient is very critical and now I am giving up on him, you delayed to come here. After this he forced us to take discharge immediately. Most conclusively, after all above incident, we have done both Rapid Antigen and RTPCR test for my father and both test are Covid negative. Next day we did HRCT and sonography tests and found that he got 0 out of 40 score, which is showing no infection in lungs and with sonography we found some stones in kidney. Above experience clearly showing Dr. Gupta’s intension to divert our attention from actual problem to Covid, even patient was clearly having no Covid problem. This is clear case of medical fraud even they were not ready to show Covid antigen tested kit to us. We are aware so we took correct action timely otherwise don't know how many people will be mistreated by this Dr. This is a critical time for our country, my intention of this review is that people should get the precise treatment in this pandemic situation.
Paise chapne k dukan mtlb Aradhana hospital. Worst staff worst doctors. They charged so much and was not even gicing medicin prescription, bcz they wanted us to get admit but I told them I cnt this is covid hospital, but they insisted 5-6 times bcz they wanted to charge money. At the end I agrued and got the prescription. Still they didn't gave my sonography report bcx they wanted me to come back later. Doctor is never available, compunder thinks they are king they are running the hospital, Apne muh s apni tarife bad exp. Staff is GREEDY it's like jitna zada logo ko admit kra lnge utna zada payment. Compunder was on call for 5 min and told us to wait my brother was waiting for his drip. They charged too much and didn't even changed the bedsheet when I asked to change it they did after 1 hour till that time we had to sleep on dirty bedsheet. Very ill mannered staff. I felt too bad to see this is what happeningg in our country we cnt even trust doctors.
