Pros: Trusted hospital/medical center. Excellent technician who helps with lab tests. Not too crowded in the afternoons. Very reasonable when compared to all other private facilities/diagnostics in the city. Clean and hygienic. Cons: Some staff were not wearing masks. The lady in the pharmacy had her mask down, was constantly coughing and constantly being loud for no reason. Extremely unprofessional. can't book an appointment for some tests in advance.
Great medical treatment provided! We visited for my father's treatment since he was diagnosed with CAD. We received a warm treatment by the staffs and doctors especially Dr. Sanjay Mehrotra and nurse Amala took special care and provided a warm experience. Thanks for the wonderful service!
