Not a good experience... Although the main Dr Kotbagi was very nice doctor.
Doctor and staff are good But medical bills are zol zal So please don't purchase medicine from kotbagi medical store
Had the worst experience in this pathetic hospital. I don't know about pre-covid situation. But since it became covid center it has been a hotspot for lousy administrative and non professional doctor. Not even sure if the ppl there are real doctors. Money extracting using the excuse of covid. They charged us for oxygen when my father was on a non-oxygen bed. The receptionist/administrative/helper.. where to even begin. Just under the name of this pandemic the people are forced to admit there. Else this hospital is a BS to be frank. Only ok part was the insurance claim guy Manohar who still took 1 week to process our forms since there was no proper track record of the patient files. No proper records kept. They charge 1L per patient for 7 days and yet the files are kept like garbage. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.
The hospital staff is good. Sometimes they have a crunch of nurses. But the treatment given is affordable and good. The behaviour of the brothers and sisters is kind and Curteous. They take good care of the patients. They do have to be called again and again for help specially during night.
The hospital is worst.No facilities .Ur patient wil deteriorate.Plz dont go this hospital.
