Kotalpokhar is a very beautiful village with lots of greenery, birds, animals and ponds. There is a clean and long railway station. There is Shiva temple and Kali temple behind the platform and centuries old peepal and banyan trees also many other types of trees. There is a faatak(railway gate) which is famous. The most important attraction is Rajabadi which is a very beautiful and was given by by the Nizam to hindu king during partition.

Very small station , not so much developed station, there is no availability of basic things like toilet, urinal and proper shalter. Only one express trains stoppage is there and all the passenger train stops their. At night time there is no any kind of clutter in this station which makes a kind Silence . But in day time there is rush.
