I had a very bad experience from the college as a faculty while leaving...when they need the faculty they treat one very good but while resigning they torture them mentally to all possible extent. My last three months salary was never paid before i left the college, got my experience certificate with great difficulty and torment of months, they wasted about a month of my experience time also..very bad experience for faculties while leaving.
