This review is from my husband (Navneet Bhullar) who underwent Renal transplant (Abo-i) . I entered Max saket for Renal transplant surgery with many questions in my mind and ended up with happy notes after transplant... “Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are! You always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I feel so blessed to know you and have you as my doctor.” I owe these words for my doctor ( Dr. Dinesh Khullar along with Dr Anant kumar and their whole team ) who worked so hard during my renal transplant surgery and with their hard work and dedication i am looking forward to start normal and healthy life. I also thank the floor manager Shikha for taking care of all the things and made the stay comfortable. Further, I appreciate the dietician ( Megha Taneja) for providing the healthiest and yummiest food which helped me to regain my appetite and recover fast . Her way of conducting helped me to communicate with her easily and understand my nutritional requirements and boosted my confidence to overcome the restrictions i had pre surgery on food. Thank you so much for what you all ( Sister Josna , Sister Aleena , Sister Raji, Sister Nisha , Sister Binita , Jothi and Alby ) have done for me during my hospital stay and thanks for the hard work you all did every day for my well being and helped me to recover quickly . I am so lucky to have such amazing nursing staff around me . Grateful also to the kind and helpful GDAs, housekeeping staff, and admins who made sure to provide us our requests during our admissions. Thank you all so much. Regards Navneet
Room no 2421 The food was nice and all the facilities we're good though somewhat late but on asking they were made in correct time
This is the fourth time I am getting admitted in this hospital. The house keeping department is worth admired. The staff especially Kalpanais onevof the best staff I met here. The supervisor Hashim keeps eye on every corners of the hospital. They are really very much dedicated.
I will give one suggestion please give equal respect to all whether it is in senior post or junior post. But respect everyone equally. Don't show your status power. Today I was feeling bad, suddenly my stomach ache and I went to the emergency. And the nurse was checking my blood pressure and giving me injections. The doctors are good but when I saw that one person is so rude with my trainer. Maybe he is in a senior position, I think that position was showing power I didn't like the way he talks at all So I request you to kindly give respect to all the people, be it patient, junior, senior and talk politely with everyone. i am working in this hospital and i feel that what i felt today no one or no one ever
Very nice care provided. I was on the fifth floor in room.number 2511. All the nurses took special care of me, especially Shalu Singh. So soft spoken and warm, she made my stay easier and very comfortable. She checked on me regularly during the night and did not get irritated when I would continuously call for her. It was a very well taken care of stay. Thank you.
