Staffs are very unprofessional. My wife visited there to courier something to Delhi and when asked some basic questions the person in the counter answered very rudely. May be he was not happy with he was doing. Like someone rightly said "If you are not having fun with your job, it will show".
The people are very unprofessional. I need to post, but every time I go there they told me to come later. There is no accountability, responsibility. They are pretending like they own the post office
POOR IPPB SERVICES
Not Clean or hygienic. There was a huge cue of people , no social distancing at all. Staffs are uncooperative.
My experience is not good
