Worst experience. Dr K.P. Ganguly forced us to deliver our baby early and when the delivery happened there were complications with the baby. She doesn't even bother to ask or tell anything and she doesn't even meet us after the delivery. Worst doctor I've ever seen. Worst hospital, very very bad service they talk to everyone in a rude way but at the time of payments, they charge you extra and give 0% discounts. After the delivery of the baby, she was shifted to another hospital but they still charged the price of the nursery. I highly recommend Never going to this hospital.
Very pathetic service and rude behaviour by all staff members. A fully business hub and money making people’s. My wife was admitted for Ectopic surgery due to emergency through Insurance. But after even full payment made by Insurance co. they deducted my huge amount and it’s still pending with hospital. I will never prefer to anyone for this hospital. Really really I’ll mannered staff trained by hospital owners. Even worst then government hospital, even they have some manners.
It is a small hospital but well managed. It has a well equipped ICU and OT apart from the wards. Maternity department is headed by the experienced Dr. Ganguly. My father had an enlarged prostate and got operated here. The ICU is managed 24 /7 by experienced Dr. Gupta and anesthesiologists. I was really impressed by the expert anesthetists employed by the hospital who manage operation theater and ICU for 24/7. I would recommend this hospital to all.
The customer care executive responsible for taking appointments provides misinformation. Wanted to take an appointment of a doctor and I asked if i could take it on a Saturday. She said I can. When I called on Saturday for the appointment, she said Saturday the doctor is not available. How irresponsible is that.
I had stomach pain and came to this hospital. I received treatment promptly and was admitted in ICU. The bed adjacent to me was empty so the nurses sat there for dinner in night. It was a corner bed so no issues but they made so much noise in night that I could not sleep. I even heard a lot of things about their salary etc. and had to complain to the senior doctor later. What happened after that was unbelievable. The consultant doctor was Dr. Gupta and he is the owner of the hospital also as I came to know. He called the senior nursing staff to my room and scolded her in such bad way that even I felt bad for her. After all she was not the one responsible. The consultant made her say sorry to me and she followed. It was a difficult for me to witness that. That poor Nurse didn’t say a single word. After this incident I have few points for the hospital: 1. There is no room allotted for nursing staff. They even changed clothes behind curtains on the corner bed. I have seen in you tube etc. nurses and other staff like doctors, technician, sweepers all have separate room where they can change or have food in their privacy. So I do not blame the nurses now. It is the fault of owner. 2. The nurses are qualified people and have self respect too. The way that nurse was made to say sorry to me was really bad and it was not her fault at all. All that tells a lot about the behavior of the owner. I even overheard that he could have slapped them too for mistakes. To hit a nurse physically, really!! 3. The staff were talking about salary cuts for trivial mistakes. An unhappy staff is bound to make mistakes and patient care is going to suffer. So again it is the mistake of owner. I am sorry to say. 4. The owner looked angry and was talking very rudely to Nurse who was much younger to him. He could have done that easily in a private room and not in front of others. This means he was just showing off. 5. The treatment I received was good and I recovered too so the doctors and nurse are good here but they, in fact no one deserves such kind of behavior. I am sure that nurse must have resigned by now. 6. After the final bill I came to know that numbers of many things like masks, gloves etc. were written extra which lead to inflation of bill. The treatment was good but costs were wrongly inflated by such tactics.
