Totally mis managed. Despite having an appointment for covid vaccine had to wait in line. No separate line or counter for walk people and those that had an appointment. No social distancing. Very crowded. Staff not bothered. A disaster which needs to be managed.
I am 45+.... At 2nd April 2021 for covid vaccination first dose time get good service and i mention it in feedback register also...after 84 days i recd 2nd dose reminder msg, untile today i tried so many time for book an appointment by online but no any slot available and some time get processure issues so trying visit to hospital twise...... someone in staff came after waiting 2 hr (6am to 8am) and said vaccin is not available.....what is this? If vaccin NA please updated by notice board It's simple thing. .....Due to all people had headaches....Please do needful and save MMH service quality.
My family got vaccinated here and I really say that proudly that this center served it very well 🙏 Extremely clean and clear process, best staff and treatment free as its BMC✨I would recommend this to all go for it ✔️💯
Very good staff and cooperative.
Sometimes center is not operational as vaccine doses are not available.
