WORST HOSPITAL !!!!!! I had discharge my mother on23/09/2021 , We have got the discharge clearance by 2.30 PM, however we left the hospital by 9.30 PM. The discharge process is so slow and none of the Staff of the hospital can say how long it will take for the process. Specially the Accounts Department is worst , they work as per their comfort and never available in the cabin. As if they work in a government hospital. they don't have any value of time. Hospital has no cleanness and hygiene. I would never recommend anyone for this hospital anytime. Its high time for the staff to change their working style, Specially ACCOUNT'S DEPARMENT You both guys are pathetic/ Lazy/ and doing time pass. As if they are working in a government hospital. !!!!HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!!
This hospital is too bad that the doctors and the full staff of the hospital dont take any care and attention to the patients and just react that they are doing the serious treatment.......while we when to admit the patient the just took first 2 lakh for the admitting in this hospital and after that they just told to take 3 to 4 lakhs medicines when the patient was dead. Just want to tell that if u want to take the patient to this hospital u are going to a bad decision!!
Highly not recommended. It's all about money and no good service is provided.
This hospital must to be closed, they are just looting around if you have to save your loved ones then dont admit there anyone,doctors are too bad please dont go there there so many nice hospitals in mumbai
Dear needful patients please avoid this hospital option from your checklist. Highly dissatisfied from the service given by their staff. Specially account department and management team. The Account Name Mr. Chetan is always talking with girlfriend on mobile phone. The reception and mediclaim staff is always try to avoid your concerns. In other way they have good practice of CUT YOUR POCKET/ WELL TRAINED to empty your bank accounts by putting you large amount of bill. Well as we think it will happen in all private hospitals but no theire medical services are also worsed then ever seen. Its better to be admit in BMC Hospital. Atleast you got better treatment trustworthy doctors and you will also save your money. Here in detail I shared my experience with you guys. My Mother was admitted here for By Pass surgery in 2016. Doctor said that time operation was successful but after 4 years they said my mother need CAG angiography. We admit her again for the same. then they told me.for the ANGIOPLASTY again. 4 years ago they charged me 3 Lakhs. now for angioplasty they charged me again 3 lakhs which was actually cost of these surgery is 1.5 lakhs. Also their well trained account ant signed a letter from us. the surgery is overcharged but for insurance claim we put less amount of bill. Dr Goyal needs to improve this unhealthy practices. Need to changed all staff that not friendly with patients. Again a big question on their books of accounts was when someone pay online payment it shown in medical store bill not hospital bill. They are here to do business and treat patients like money making machine. I official filed complaint against this hospital to central health minister and state health minister to investigate and scrutinized the hospital books. Again I humble request to all citizens do not recommend this hospital name to any one.
