Dear Team, Kindly note that I, Nishanthini Victor had a delivery on 15 September 2021 at your hospital. That time I didn't select a name for my baby. So I decided to get a birth certificate without baby name with including all other details. Your officials told that once we find a name we can go to the South Delhi Municipal Cooperation and add into the system. On 11 October 2021 we thought to register our baby name. When we open the said portal it asked my phone number for login. When I inserted my phone number, no records have been inserted. Then we tried to call your office. They told that the phone number was wrong as they inserted another number. Then every time we tried to call your hospital to correct the phone number. Still now (26 October 2021) it is not changed. Is this the way you all are taking responsible to your patient?? I am really disappointed. It would be highly appreciated if your team take responsibility to correct the phone number, enabling me to get Indian birth certificate for my baby, at the earliest please. Thank you
