Worst experience. Staff is very rude. They need to be trained to talk to people politely. They cant manage crowd.
Staff can be more polite. More than the treatment, it's completely commercialized. They change their words from visit to visit. Initial recommendation was to use insulin via injection as pen mode is not effective. During next visit the recommendation is to use via pen when asked for specific reason, no proper answer. Only convenience is all the tests being done at one place. But staff are very rude, govt hospital staff behave better
