Located near Tengpora chowk, hospital lack visibility, no proper sign boards, it takes a while to locate it. I was charged 10K plus for two nights for a nice spacious room, that part is good. However, there are some hidden charges and certain ways by which the hospital makes extra bucks. On a positive side, cleanliness was good, nursing staff is extremely helpful and administrators are attentive, but still a lot of scope for improvement. Attention needs to be paid to maintaining discipline and curtailing the number of attendants and people roaming at their will and creating rush and chaos unnecessarily.

This place Never care for anyone’s sentiments or emotions. Had to come here in emergency with my spouse but no COVID SOP’s are being followed at all. Anyone can come in even observation wards or post operative ward which is ridiculous. Im highly disappointed people screaming , phone bells ringing, kids and adults allowed freely and coming in folks to post operative observation rooms. Some wailing, some congratulating at the same time hence all sentiments taken to full toss. I must raise this question big time and will surely appeal for some action and why not legally.
A nice n professional hospital which caters to all health needs but a small area of hospital is an obstacle in providing quality service...
Although they charge expensive but Very good facility ,service and infrastructure is there.
