WORST HOSPITAL IN MANGLORE. MD DR. MUKUND IS A DOCTOR WHO REQUIRES ONLY MONEY FROM THE PATIENT. HE DOES NOT CARE FOR PATIENT HE IS NOT EVEN HAVING CURTESY. STAFFS AND NURSES VERY GOOD. PATIENT CARE COMMUNICATION GOOD. ESPECIALLY DUTY DOCTORS AND CASUALTY, COVID WARD STAFFS VERY VERY GOOD..
Satisfied with the treatment Very disappointed with the discharge process. They keep pushing days if its insurance/claim.Even though the patient is healthy and fine they make you to extend, they also say discharge would be done immediately only if its cash payment. Totally Unhappy with this.
Doctors, Nurses and brothers all of them are doing a fantastic work. Very much thankful to them. But discharge process is very tiring for the patient as well as the care takers. Admistrative incharge will prolong the days, especially in case of medical insurance. Also, there will be huge hike in bill. In this case speak up and try to speed up the discharge process by reaching out to relevant people who can help. Otherwise it will just get postponed to another day and then to another.
