Doctors behaviour such a polite they all are very responsive to take care thier patients, nurses also
Dr. Rita Grover is excellent. Very experience doctor. My wife had covid then chicken pox then jaundice in pregnancy other doctor said pls go to the other hospital or big hospital. But then we move to RS Grover and Rita mam handled my wife case very best now my wife and my baby both are safe.
Nice hospital and staffs are very supportive. Experienced doctors are there and for ladies it's very good and fully facilitated.
Very very bad experience receptionist Mrs pinky behaviour is very bad they don't have to manner how to talk to a person. Recently I visited with my son suffered from 104 fever firstly, in evening 6 p.m no doctor was available second bed was not available after they admit my son. Approx 2 days without bed we adjust and share a room with other patient but they charged full amount of single room instead of shared room with no facility. 3 days no facility no proper doctor no proper treatment suffered from 104 fever between this I called many times to Mr. Grover to come to see my son nobody was come but when I shout loudly on sister Where is doctor? Then Dr Grover come nd prescribed some medicine after that 11 pm fever was on peak cross 104 again no doctor was available really very very tough time for my son. Really Very very bad experience. I am very disappointed with services and facility. I never visit again in my life and suggest all people to never visit because this hospital is like for making money only..not for the people who suffering from medical problems..
I have visited here at 10 pm and at emergency room i asked where is dr...on person said i m dr tell me...buthe was not in dr dress and i was in doubt whether he is a dr or not...but still i discussed my issue with him... he didn't mentioned his name on prescription...this also create doubt whether he was dr or not
