They should take care of each and every issue prior coming to the customer. Since they are mediators. The insurance company is directly raising the issue with customers. Some customers would pay and some will make a complaint. So please aware of the Insurance Dekho or any other broking company. Initially they show less amount but after insurance has issued they request the extra amount. Which is a different level of fraud.
