This hospital deserves zero rating and I am unable to post this message without being able to select one star.. I am an NRI and had a very worst experience with these people today. Recently my Mrs got pregnant and tried booking last evening to meet Dr Rekha Kurien as my mate referred her to me. I spoke over the phone with the receptionist and enquired her if I can meet her by having an appointment. She promised I can meet her the next day at 7.30am. Today I called at 7.30 and went there and I was promised again by another staff that I can meet her and we went to hospital. My mrs told me that she was attended by one of the duty doctors and she needed to take tests and then. She can meet Dr Rekha Kurien...I collected the test results later today and enquired to book an appointment and to my surprise I was told Dr Rekha Kurien was not at all practising of late as it was COVID and that I need to be attended by some other doctors. Interestingly they have also mentioned the Dr Rekha Kuriens name on the file of my mrs. I spoke to the admin lad by name Mithun and he covered up saying Dr Rekha Kurien informed yesterday that she won’t come henceforth because of COVID and will be attended only by other doctors. This is an absolute shame given the fact they want to have big names on the fore front and have patients attended by duty doctors and may be trainee doctors....please for Gods sake do not trust this people as they are not straight forward even with the a simple doctors appointment and how the hell would they be truthful in delivering quality service....it’s life my friends and our sisters and mrs will need to have second life with these doctors...please pray and choose the right ones enquire properly and be ensured you may be cheated like me even after enquiring properly....I am on Indian anyways and it’s a shame our health care is run by these cheats...if anyone is interested to contact me on this further please do I ll be glad to share more on these cheats...take care folks. COVID admission going on with Best service by Dedicatied Doctors and Staff with reasonable charges
Good service when comparing to highly paid hospitals, peoples over the hospital are very kind to patients and also to the attenders, liked it.
Hospital is small. But treatment is always without money minded. I like this hospital.
Am satisfied with his treatment and price he charged was less.
