Behaviour and hygiene in both spandan staff is very poor Even they don't know how to talk with patients and this spandan is just for money... Very rough behaviour.. Even staff is not able to tell about your tern just telling a lie every time Advise all not to go in Spandan type clinic it's better to go any other clinic

Best diagnostic centre in KGP
Very impolite and rude staff. Especially the two ladies doing Ultrasound are very unprofessional and inhuman. They don't even know the basics of hospitality. No proper queue is maintained and their known people get the chance to get the test done first. I will never recommend anyone to visit there ever unless you don't have any other option and be ready to bear with the things I mentioned.
The reception staff is not at all polite with u. They r very rude n often misbehave with every patient approaching the reception. They lie whenever get an opportunity. They do not follow the sequence n try to push the people they know from earlier. This diagnostic centre is the only one kharagpur for USG that is why they show this attitude problems. The Radiologist is polite and is clue full about his job. Otherwise it was a bad experience going for a USG at Spandan centre at kharagpur.
