Worthless hospital. Money minded murderer. They will hold dead body for next 24 hours and will not send approval for mediclaim. They will make you wait. Their department gets closed by 6 pm. So if your patient expires in evening, they will send approval by next day 12 pm. Also they will tell you your patient is in ventilation and ask for many tests doctors even when he is no more. Worst hospital, management, doctor I have ever seen. I suffered today only. If needed you can contact me . This is fully honest review. Doctors behaviour is also very rude. Each and every staff is bad. No one will talk with clarity.if you have power and can shoot, only then they will work. Worst people. They don't deserve to be human being. Don't take your loved ones To this hospital. They will kill him
Worthless hospital. Some illiterate staff are sitting in front desk and they will harass you in each and every point. They are having option of father's name/wife name as guardian and if you write wife's name over there , they will call you on the next day and tell wife's name was not meant for you. It was your mistake that you wrote wife's name. You should know what should be written. Even if you ask them in the premises to check the form multiple times, they will say this is not something important and you just came and gave consent that's enough. Later they will say it was mistake from reception, might be the person couldn't be able to understand. I even confirmed my grandfather's name over call, WhatsApp, and shared aadhar card. Still they forced me to go to hospital. This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. Plz don't go you will suffer
It was very friendly atmosphere in the hospital there and all the staffs were very helpful and polite at their behavior.The doctors were excellent. Overall I will definitely recommend this hospital to others... Thanks...
This institution is pocket friendly & also taking reasonable charges. The staffs are well trained & good behavior. But not expect heavy or more.
Dr koushik dutta is criminal like doctor from uttarpara he admitting corona patient to the above hospital and making huge bill maximum are dieing. The hospital and dr koushik dutta doing pandemic business in the hospital i lost my father due to dr dutta wrong treatment
