Very bad hospital. No SOP is set for any thing in this hospital. If any one taking suite/deluxe room take at your own risk. Air condition system is non adjustable as per patient requirement. It is for entire floor, in all cases patient has to suffer be it high or low temperature requirement. And no wonder a non veg food is served to a vegetarian patient. And at the end of the day hospital just say sorry and still move on with same procedure without any action. How much a management is hungry about making money at the cost of patient, i really wonder.
Excellent service provided by the hospital for both pre and post operative care....the staff is very attentive to all your needs. Doctors too, are very experienced and keep following up with the patient. Definitely recommend this hospital for the personal one on one doctor patient interaction throughout.
Good hospital with Good facilities. Behaviour of doctors & nurses are excellent. Behaviour of office assistant, house keeping staff & others are also very good. Very good experience with parkview hospital.
Recently my son 11 yrs old underwent in-growing toe nail surgery hear. The hospital is really good on the basis of cleanliness, well behaved nursing staffs, management staffs and housekeeping. Food served was clean, tasty, hot and patient friendly. Quantity of food was quite enough. Services provided were good. But only drawback is they took a lot of time to discharge the patient. We had to wait for long hours to get the discharge summary. And the cost is bit on the higher side.
Excellent service, proffesional management, belive in improving service standard through customer feedback. Me and my daughter had toe nail surgery, amazing experience , right from OT experience to facility management to in room hospitality, all were great. Overall a thumbs up for 360 degree value added service.
