I had admitted my parents last month here for Covid treatment. Right from the admission in the front office to discharge everything was fine. The hospital is very clean and rooms are spacious and well maintained. Doctors are very friendly and respectful towards patients. Everyday, they are updating the patient caretaker about the patient condition after taking rounds, which is really a laudable gesture. I had paid extra amount due to some technical glitch, but the amount was refunded promptly by the management within two days as promised. Food provided for patients is fairly good, could have given the option of tea also in the morning, as many senior citizens may have acidity problem, just a small suggestion, no offence meant. I asked my parents if i should mention anything, they said no issues, which sums it all. I thank the entire team for their support and service and wish them good luck.
First and last visit.... post vaccination today, they are least worried to tell us if any precautions to be taken care. After I asked them, they said to have tablets if fever comes 😤😤 Which tablet....who knows... I presume that should have been my next question. But I'm least bothered to ask them. Basic humanity we expect and nothing else. Well deserved for least rating as per my experience
We took our mother to BM hospital Nanganallur for covid vaccination. We had a pleasant experience at the hospital. Every thing was clean and neat. Vaccination was done in a orderly manner. Post vaccination waiting hall was clean, neat and well ventilated. Vaccination done at free of cost as my mother is a very senior citizen. A pleasant experience indeed.
I took 1st dose of Covaxcin here. The procedure followed is good but there is no Blood Pressure checked or any medical issues asked to anyone. Also some of the nurses not wearing mask. Otherwise everything is good.
Had covaxin vaccination today. They did very well. But some instructions they were not following like after vaccinated I was not asked under observation in some time which is general rule following even in GH also... Another thing none of the precaution tablet were given to cure uncertainty after vaccinated if any.... Thank you for the reply. Also better to provide the tablets whatever you suggested on the spot will be helpful... Since it is payed vaccinated...
