Good hospital and very good staff including the doctors and nurses. We consulted the orthopedic surgeon Dr. Ratheesh who was very professional and cordial. The nurses and other staff were also very polite and professional. The pharmacy section was easily accessible. The doormen were kind enough to arrange a cab for us, since we were new to the place.

Very bad service in casuality, one of the female staff in ortho department was showing too much arrogant in behaviour towards the patients. The casuality didnt provide with tetanus shot to me whom was a victim of a road collision without making it buy from the pharmacy, the tetanus and medicines are provided first and then replaced by the patients as it is the usual practice in majority of the hospitals...had to wait for half an hour in casuality to get first aid.. such an awful experience from the staff, shame to medical community...
My first delivery is at this hayath hospital. But i never recommended to this to any one of my relatives and friends. I had a bad experience from the part of especially labour room nurses. They torched me mentally. Their talks reduced my mental health. They don't know the psychology of patients. They treated patients like their slaves. The NICU sisters also behave like this. Especially one nurse, she was very angry to me and her frustrations are headed to me.I never recommended to anyone of my friends. Their rate of charge is very high. But their services not up to the limit of their charge.Their Bed sheet and pillow covers are nit clean So please enquire to your friends and relatives when you go the hospital. Only the Dr Abishekwas good.
