Don't bother. Some good doctors, but completely marred by the pathetic management. Most of the staff are clueless or run their own little management areas. Utterly shocked that this is considered a Hospital. Where are the standards and regulations? Haphazard building with so much patchwork and duct tape you might as well call this a Construction Site. Also, their Ambulance comes with just the driver. No responders. When asked, they said try arranging on your own. Brilliant. It's a corporation. Plain and simple. Dysfunctional at best.
Ms. Rekha was so humble and polite with full energy to guide us and support in all the way possible so that we need not wait. She had the patience to hear us and act accordingly by coordinating with other departments and ensured that everything went so well which has the perception of the hospital she facilitated so well to give the wow factor. Really appreciate her professional approach and dedication
The video consult is absolutely perfect. I was given ample time to explain everything. The doctor was patient, helpful and reassuring. I have done direct consult as well. The staff is very helpful. Wait time was low, except during rush hour (11am onwards).
Honestly this is best place for vaccination in mlore..... It's paid service but they're procedure is super efficient and orderly the staff is very helpful... In fact they themselves come to us asking if we need assistance... From billing till the vaccine shot everything is orderly The minus one star is only for one issue ..... The photo frames kept for people to take their pics after they take the shot - people remove their masks ans take it... If the staff could inform people not do this would be great *keep in mind* this is only a review about their vaccination drive not about their sports Complex
The staff was really excellent, very friendly and more important to me explained and guided me through the process very efficiently. Also the facility was very neat, clean including the toilets. I never even felt the pinch of the needle of the vaccination. Having come from abroad I was really very impressed by everyone's efficiency and professional. It's very important that this professionalism be maintained over a long long period of time and cleanliness be continued. Thank you.
