Review for Dr. Devendra Agrawal @ KMC Visited for my 4 year daughter. Dr. Devendra Clinic - Feedback Arrogant and Rude and didn’t let us speak. Overall wxperience was very Poor, Felt like being cheated by a Thief, Rude and doesnt give bill to avoid taxes. Never go to his clinic and not by any mistake in KMC (Kanpur Medical Clinic) as they are partner in crime. Dr. Has partnered with KMC and suggest his patients to go to KMC and make them fool there. Of you love your family, please avo Charged 5000 for piercing, 2000 for aneshthic and 1500 OT charges. Bill copies attached for your reference.
Very pathetic service in Dermatology department and child care (after Dr. C. Luthra madam). They are charging a huge amount of Rs. 600 ( quite high for a lower middle class), And in the name of diagnosis talk, the doctors have not even 60 sec time ? and enquiring about more, the doctor, Mr. Kapoor, was rudely and irresponsibly saying "Time pass mat karo niklo yaha se. " No one is there to listen to you. I personally suggest to Dr. H.S. Chawala to intervene into these type of matter positively otherwise, the such old prestigious name of KMC will go in waste.
Really worst hospital manangment. I visited on 10/12/2021 for some tests they make me run to 4 counters for billing of those tests. Then on 11/12/2021 i called on their for appointment (for appointment patient can call between 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM only) phone number (after more than 100 calls) i got dr. Appointment. Means for OPD patients it more tough to take doctors appointment than curing their sickness!
Very nice system and processes. Dr. Rashmi Suri, Dr. C.S. Gandhi, Dr. Chandrayi luthra and Dr. H. S. Chawla are very subtle, cooperative and feels like really comforting consulting them. The hospital offers great bed options, very clean premises even the old building is clean, good food, ventilated. Maternity services are great.
Hospital is good , facilities are good , doctor's are good ,but staff is a big let down.They are so lazy or dont want to work for xyz reason.. Literally didnt expect from top 5 hospital in kanpur.
